We operate as an independent sponsor with a self-funded search model. Our primary focus is on family- and founder-owned small businesses located in the Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States.
While we’re open to various industries, we have a strong interest in service-based, digital, hospitality, healthcare-adjacent, and B2B companies.
We look for companies with recurring or contracted revenue, solid asset backing, and established management teams. We specialize in control equity investments that support long-term growth.
